You may know the term "healing vibes," but what exactly does it mean and what does it mean? The world is made up of vibrations and everything has different frequencies, so let us explore the healing frequencies of the human body. As music and sound, these frequencies can be used to harmonize and better understand the world around us and to heal us from science and phenomena.

Whether we are aware of it or not, the sound has an influence on every aspect of our being. Most of us are born into a world of seemingly solid things, which consist primarily of space and not solid matter. It is not difficult to imagine how these frequencies can affect our body, mind, and atmosphere. Although we cannot see them with the naked eye or feel them on our skin, they are somehow connected to us.

More recently, sound healing has been brought into the mainstream by biophysicist Gerald Oster, and its healing can have a profound impact on our mental and physical health and well-being.

We can thank this man for publishing studies on the so-called binaural beat and for being able to relieve both physical and mental discomfort.

Different areas of science and holistic medicine have proven that certain frequencies can be used for deep healing. Binaural or not, sound therapy and acutonics are used more than ever today, and with good reason.

It is safe to say that this may be the reason why we tend to cross our arms and bend our shoulders when we feel uncomfortable in an unusual social situation. Our hearts boast of their vastness and reach out in waves that reach much further than our brain currents, and we connect with them much more deeply than we do when we encounter other people.

This stands for Hertz, the vibrational cycle of one second, and it protects the heart from disharmonic frequencies.

432 Hz

Most modern music styles are set to 440 Hz, but 432 Hz harmonize the heart and restore balance. Music that vibrates at 440Hz seems to be more cerebral, and that's because it's more in tune with the body's natural rhythms.

This frequency heals the brain, heart and nervous system as well as nerves, muscles, bones, joints and nerves of the body.

You may wonder why 432 is valued higher than 440, but why the higher 440? Would a higher number not be synonymous with higher vibrations and vice versa?

Being aware of the importance of sound takes matters into your own hands, even if the difference here lies in pitch. This makes it less likely that you will be put in an anxious, detached state.

The Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi even went so far as to express his concerns at the Congress of Italian Musicians. It is now possible to easily transform mainstream music into harmonious 432 melodies. Various computer programs and apps are capable of this and inspire music lovers to improve the quality of their music (without pun) for both mental and physical purposes. Some musicians go a step further and create a good atmosphere of harmonious music right outside the door.

With the help of the International Union for the Promotion of Music (IUM) and the General Assembly of the European Union, the approval of 432 Hz as a standard is being pushed. Unfortunately, this revolution did not spread, but Verdi was one of the many composers who supported the concept.

528 Hz

Like the above mentioned 432, 528 Hertz is also called the "love frequency" and like 432, this frequency is part of the sacred geometry and vibrates with the heart. To understand the meaning of 5 28, we must first understand that the Solfeggio scale offers a healing level.

Many people like to fall asleep to hear these healing sounds, and there are various hypnosis and meditation recordings on the Internet that explore these sounds and inspire deeper and more meaningful healing. These six sounds have been called the sounds of creation and even the sound of God because they have the ability to promote healing and change consciousness. You can listen to music that covers the entire range of tones, so use any mode, but there is a great interest in exploring and inspiring through sounds.

432 Hz & 528 Hz - Healing Frequencies for the Mind, Body and Spirit hiwoowoo meganpixels healy vibes.jpg

Each of the six tones on the Solfeggio scale varies in their type of intention:

396 heals feelings of grief (root chakra)
417 helps with stagnation (sacal chakra)
528 repairs DNA (solar plexus)
639 affects our connections with others (heart chakra)
741 inspires self-expression (throat chakra)
852 restores the spiritual connection (anja or third eye chakra)

The theme in 528 Hz is known as "miracle sounds" that help repair DNA, and they all serve different purposes.

In the community of the new age, there is a tendency for one healing frequency to be used against the other. The tangible effects include increased awareness and intuition, as well as the ability to find meaning in life, and greater self-esteem and determination.

After all, we all have our own musical preferences, and none of us behaves better than the other, but sounds that convey a sense of peace can be considered healing frequencies or auras for the brain. 432 is thought to refer to a more personal human nature, with an emphasis on the heart field, while 528 brings a broader, deeper understanding of universal love.

We must bear in mind that the gift of healing is discovered by certain time-tested frequencies. To find out how to recalibrate your energy frequencies and clarify the true nature of your inner peace, love, joy, acceptance, peace, and courage, contact me:
